FOUNDER’S  DAY CELEBRATION – 28.08.2010

Students and staff of Ryan, Noida celebrated the Birthday of their beloved Chairman Sir, Dr. Augustine F. Pinto on August 28, 2010.

The day commenced with a special assembly which was an amalgamation of Medley of Prayer songs, special messages and poems presented by children - Vibrant songs sung by the school Band dedicated specially for their Founder Chairman.    A display of the hand made birthday cards added warmth and colour to the stage.

Various classes indulged in a vide array of activities.  Plantation was done in the school campus.  The cabinet visited Jan Kalyan Trust, an old age home.  The scouts and guides carried out Tent Pitching and Pyramid Formation.

The Senior student indulged in written activities like Birthday Wish Messages, Letter of gratitude and self composed poem.

Classes I – V enjoyed Bhim ki Team presented by Pogo Channel a group from game campaign.

The Montessori sections too celebrated Founder’s Day on 27^th August 2010, through various activities like Card making according to G6 Group,  Special Assembly – Chairman Sir’s Vision Points, Medley of songs, Words of Appreciation by a teacher  and Colouring Competition.   

The celebration wasn’t just a  commemoration of Sir’s birthday but a promise  to tread the path paved with values,  progress and prosperity.

The students were distributed with chocolates.  The entire teaching & Administrative staff and the IVth Class staff enjoyed the treat of cake and cold drinks

Ryan International School, Noida,  held its Investiture  ceremony at the school premises  to induct the new cabinet   members  for the session 2010-2011.  The new council members  were elected in  a democratic process involving  a fair election  after an election campaign.

The Chief Guest, Mr. S.K. Sharma, Secretary General of International and All India  Carrom Federation,  appreciated and applauded the students for exhibiting  a great  enthusiasm in accepting  new responsibilities.

Tuba Usmani was  nominated as the President,  while Tuhina Carol  was nominated as the Vice-President.  Harsh Wardhan  Singh and Mansi Rawat    were elected  as the Prime Minister  and the Deputy Prime Minister. The Captains  and Vice Captains  of the four Houses  namely, Aryabhatta, Einstein, Newton and Raman were also  elected.  The ministers  and the ministers of state  for various  responsibilities  were  nominated  on the basis of their  aptitude and interest.
